I couldn't try their food, I was there for coffee. The coffee was perfect. I should visit again for food, their menu had a great choice. The ladies were helpful and attended us well. The restroom was clean.
Stopped while traveling through. Great service, clean place, and the shrimp tacos were awesome! Others at the table enjoyed the catfish basket, the bourbon salmon, and the fisherman's basket. All enjoyed our meals!
Wonderful dinner greeted with happiest smiles and no sooner I ordered food came hot. Great breakfast hot and fresh price was very good as well. Service was pleasant and got many coffee refills definitely a great stop and right down from interstate. Truck parking in large lot as well.
Traveling through on my motorcycle. Had California burger (avocado) and onion rings. Food. Super nice people and great food! Went back for breakfast the next day.
I'm glad I took that exit off the interstate. Grubsteakers has a similar look and feel to a Perkins, however, the food is much better. The waitress staff works well together, the service was great. The prices on the food are very reasonable. I had a really good Philly cheese steak and awesome french fries. The burger was good too.
Stopped in for early morning breakfast on the way to Sycamore around 7:30am...place wasn't busy at all... food was good and service was great..will definitely stop in again. Recommend the Haystack and the bacon and cheese omelet.

I haven't eaten here in years. Even before the Tornado hit. So this is basically my first time here. I was surprised at the creative options on the menu. Found many things I wanted to try. Almost ordered the "Horse"... I was quite pleased with my meal. My kids ate till they were full. The dessert options are awesome. This place is definitely worth a drive into the country.
